Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping all over India. Once your order is confirmed, it takes 2-3 business days to process and dispatch. In addition to the processing time, standard shipping takes up to 5-7 business days depending on your delivery location.

After receiving the shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the tracking link and check the status of your delivery.

If you have an urgent request for a piece please email us at hello@cakto.in and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel an order, you can let us know within 24 hours of placing an order by dropping an email on hello@cakto.in and if not shipped it can be processed. Any cancellations post 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Please note prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
